Hello! I’m Eve Willson, founder of Barefoot Coaching and Consulting. Let me share a little about myself.
I am passionate about working with individuals and organizations to awaken transformation. In my work, I draw upon the wisdom of the collective and a holistic approach rooted in the belief that organizations are dynamic, evolving, generative systems.
I have dedicated my life’s work to the fields of social services and human resources management. I have partnered with community organizations for capacity-building, directed the staff development and training department of a large public behavioral healthcare organization, and served as a director of human resources. My early career experience included time as a foster care caseworker and as a prevention specialist in public behavioral healthcare.
