My life is about loving service that begins within me, for it
is through increasing self-love and self-compassion that love
expands ever-outward to embrace others. 

I agree with Gandhi that I must be the change I wish to see in the world. I see how my own continuing inner work impacts my ability to support others others in their own transformation… and how each life touched in turn touches others in a continuing rippling outward. 

One of my greatest passions is participating in collaborative opportunities to support the development of  systemic solutions to social problems. My heart sings when I see what is possible when groups come together to co-create a better future.

I am grateful for the abundance I enjoy. In loving service and gratitude, I am delighted to give back to my community and the universe that sustains me.
